Interview with Hr. Papsø of Amager Bryghus

Henrik Papsø of Amager Bryghus visited my local, Cardinal, the 10th & 11th of November to be the host at the yearly X-mas Beer test. The day after he held a tasting of his own telling his & Amager's story and letting the crowd sample many Amager Beers. Henrik is also known for his work in the Danish Beer Enthusiasts and also as a well travelled beer taster with over 25.000 ratings on ratebeer.com.
